Questions from the service desk

FAQ

Does the customer need the Aethrovia app?

No. They scan your QR code and fill in a short form: plate, name and mobile number, in Greek, English or Russian. A code sent to their phone confirms the number. There is no customer account or download.

What happens when a car is ready?

A mechanic taps “Ready” on the shared garage board. Aethrovia sends the customer a ready message with your garage details and pickup information.

Can more than one mechanic use the board?

Yes. The board is shared by the garage, so the person who checked in the car doesn't need to be the person who finishes the job.

What happens if a customer replies?

The reply appears for your team to see. You decide how to respond, just as you do today.

When do review and service messages go out?

After pickup, Aethrovia sends a review message. When you choose to, it also sends reminders for the customer's next service. Every reminder includes a way to stop future reminders.

Are WhatsApp messages included?

Yes. WhatsApp updates are included in the €20 monthly subscription. For customers without WhatsApp, add SMS for €6 per month: they choose SMS on the check-in form.

How long is the trial?

Every garage gets 30 days to try Aethrovia. After that, the subscription is €20 per month.

What languages are supported?

Customers choose Greek, English or Russian on the check-in form, and every message comes in that language. Your team's screens are in English.

How do we get started?

Ask us to set up your garage, connect your WhatsApp number, and create the first mechanic login. Once that's done, place your QR code where customers already wait.
