FAQ

Pricing, getting started and what happens to your customers’ messages.

Getting started

How much does it cost, and what happens after the trial?

The Standard plan is €22 per garage location per month after a 30-day trial. A card is required at setup. Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. SMS is included for normal garage use. No VAT is currently charged.

Do customers need an app or account?

No. They scan your garage's QR code, enter their plate, name and mobile number, and confirm their number with an SMS code. No download or customer account.

Can we keep our current garage or invoicing system?

Yes. Keep using your existing tools. Aethrovia handles check-in, a shared garage board and customer messages. It does not provide invoicing, stock management or automatic integration with your other software.

What if a customer cannot scan the QR code?

Your team can check them in at the desk. Both online and manual check-in require a Cyprus (+357) or Greece (+30) mobile number for SMS. Delivery still depends on a working mobile number and the mobile network.

Can all our mechanics use it?

Yes. Each mechanic has their own login to the same garage board. Your team can use a phone, tablet or computer with a browser and an internet connection. Each mechanic can choose English or Greek in the top bar, saved to their own account.

Can customers reply to the SMS?

No. SMS is sent under your garage's sender name. The Ready message links to your garage page with your phone number, address and opening hours, so customers can call.

Are reviews and reminders sent to everyone?

No. Customers choose review requests and service/MOT reminders separately. A review request needs your Google review link, and reminders need dates set by your team. Every optional message includes a link to change or stop these preferences. Messages about the current visit continue.

Can we cancel and download our data?

Yes. Email [email protected], or use the payment portal provided, to cancel. Service continues until your trial or paid period ends. You then have 30 days to download your data before it is deleted from the live service. Backup copies expire within a further 30 days.

Using Aethrovia

What happens when a car is ready?

A mechanic marks the car ready on the shared board and confirms the customer message. Aethrovia sends an SMS with the plate, pickup information and your garage-page link. Delivery status is recorded; delivery is not guaranteed.

What languages are supported?

Customers choose Greek, English or Russian on the check-in form, and SMS uses their chosen language. The garage dashboard supports English and Greek. Each mechanic switches language in the top bar; the choice is saved to their own account.

How do we get started, and who helps us?

Request a demo with your name and number. We contact you to arrange a walkthrough, then help set up your garage, its first mechanic login and your check-in QR code. Support is available at [email protected] on business days.

What does included SMS and fair use mean?

SMS for the normal business of one location is included. If usage consistently exceeds 1,500 SMS parts per month, averaged over three consecutive months, we may propose a higher price with at least 30 days' notice. You can cancel before it applies. A long or Unicode message can use more than one SMS part.

Who controls our customer data?

Your garage is the controller of its customer data. Aethrovia processes it for you under a data processing agreement. Other garages cannot see your records. You can export data in Settings and manage customer details and message choices.
